About Us

The mission of Stronger Together is threefold: 1. To educate the citizens of Lebanon County of the prevalence of the heroin problem, 2. To identify and expand the available resources to combat addiction and 3. To end drug related deaths and crime in our community.

Prevention

Aimed towards schools, parents and families, and the community.

Harm Reduction

Keeping current users safe through safe from spreading HIV, Hep C and other infections cause by the use of contaminated equipment.

Treatment & Recovery

Identify community resources, gaps to resources, problems and how to address those problems.

Law Enforcement

Promote treatment and counseling through the legal system. Assist those arrested with drug charges.

REQUEST

FREE Narcan Trainings

The Treatment & Harm Reduction Pillar is excited to offer FREE Narcan training and distribution sessions within Lebanon County to reduce the number of over dose deaths and challenge the stigma associated with substance use.

Each session will last approximately 1 hour and will be led by a member of the Treatment & Harm Reduction Pillar. Attendees will learn the signs of opioid overdose, how to respond and administer Narcan, and receive information on treatment resources found in our community. If you are interested in hosting or joining a session, please complete the information in this form. There are no costs to host this training, the taskforce will bring the materials needed.
