The mission of Stronger Together is threefold: 1. To educate the citizens of Lebanon County, PA of the prevalence of substance use disorder, 2. To identify and expand the available resources to combat addiction and 3. To end drug related deaths and crime in our community.
Prevention
Lower risks for substance use and increase well-being through schools, parents and families, and the community.
Harm Reduction
Support the health & dignity of those impacted by substance use disorders by providing life-saving infection & overdose prevention tools.
Treatment & Recovery
Identify barriers to receiving addiction treatment and recovery services in the community, as well as solutions to accessing those resources.
Law Enforcement
Promote treatment, counseling, and recovery through the legal system by assisting those arrested for drug & alcohol-related charges.

I never thought the life I chose to live would end.
I never thought the life I chose to live would end, no matter how hard I tried. After many failed attempts at many different rehabs, I decided to try MAT. Even though there was so much stigma towards it, I was willing to try anything. After a few weeks of being on MAT, I would stop using heroin and opiates. After some more time, I would eventually want to live a life free from all substances, and alcohol.
